SJQS offers a full-featured 14-day free trial before purchase. We strongly encourage you to trial the software on your own drawings before buying to ensure it meets your needs.

Refund Eligibility

Because SJQS is a digital software product with a free trial period, we offer refunds at our discretion within 30 days of purchase in the following circumstances:

• The software has a critical defect that prevents it from functioning as described and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
• You were charged in error
• You did not have the opportunity to trial the software prior to purchase due to a technical issue on our end

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You purchased without using the free trial and found the software did not meet your needs
• Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements (Windows 10 or later)
• More than 30 days have passed since purchase

How to Request a Refund

Processing
