These Terms of Service govern your use of SJQS, operating under ABN: 99 784 544 724, trading as SJQS, of Australia. By purchasing or using SJQS you agree to these terms.

Licence Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use SJQS on up to five (5) devices that you personally own or control. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software.

One-Time Purchase

SJQS is sold as a one-time purchase. You receive a perpetual licence to use the version of SJQS available at the time of purchase, plus all future updates released while the product is actively maintained.

Trial Period

SJQS offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must purchase a licence to continue using the software.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, resell, or transfer your licence key to another person
• Use SJQS for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the software

Intellectual Property

SJQS and all associated intellectual property remain the property of SJQS (ABN: 99 784 544 724). Your purchase grants you a licence to use the software, not ownership of the software itself.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SJQS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use SJQS at your own risk. Measurements and calculations produced by SJQS should be verified by a qualified professional before use in any construction, procurement, or contractual context.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SJQS. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SJQS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
